Cram-A-Lot celebrated the opening of the new laundromat (Wash-A-Lot )on July 11th, and seems to be a big hit for the area, with the large washer and dry the laudromat can handle any of it's customers needs.
We started cleaning up the wooded lot beside or building to prepare for future Boat and RV storage.
We also just finished remodeling the Cram-A-Lot office so feel free to stop by and check it out.
The flag pole is ready to install at the front of our office as soon as time permits to finish the foundation work.

We our happy to announce that our sign is being repaired and should be back in place within a few weeks.
We also have a new flag pole that will be installed around the same time as our sign.
It will be at the front, next to our office, and will be  approx. 30 feet tall and lighted at night.
We have the new office space finished and ready to rent.
And now our latest project is a new Laundromat being added to the end of our office building, construction has already started and we should have it ready very soon, There are still a lot of things that will need to happen before it is complete, so an exact opening date has not been determined yet, but should be announced in the near future.  We feel this will be a great benefit for Bismarck and look forward to having it open to the public soon.
We are also working on the plans for a new Boat and RV storage area once the laundromat is up and running.

It's been a busy month so far.

We are working on getting an area ready for are new sign which is 6' tall and 16' long lighted and will be 25 foot off the ground, it will be located at the end of are first building closest to hwy.7. We have been clearing out the tree line at the end of the first building for a better view of the sign and it has really opened the area up. There is now good visability from the police station, which should be a plus for security for the area. The sign should be installed within the next week or so. This should also help light up the area a lot.

We are still working on getting the extra office space ready to rent, it's coming alone very well and should be ready in the next few weeks.

Clearing the new property has been put on hold for the time being until all these other projects are finished.

We should start back on fencing the back area for boat and RV storage next month.

A lot of changes are taking place here at Cram-A-Lot.

We are happy to anounce that we have just purchased the adjoining property next to our facility. The property is all wooded and we will be in the process of clearing it out as weather and time permits. The property has over 300' of road frontage on Hwy. 84. The final plans of what the property will be used for has not yet been determined, but as the need arises part of the area will be used for new storage units. With these units we will be adding some larger sizes such as 12' x 30' with 10' wide doors to  accomadate inclosed boat storage or other larger items.



We are also in the process of fencing in the area behind the office for boat and RV parking, with this we will be adding more lighting to the facility.



 We are also working on adding office space that will be available for rent next to the Cram-A-Lot office.



Our web site is still in the making. The plan is to eventually have existing customers be able to log in and check their accounts and also make payments thru our web site.
